Clear the business space. Keep the handoff moving.

DumpSmart plans commercial clean outs around the items, the loading route, and the condition your Paradise property needs to reach next.

A cleanout works better when the site has a plan.

Commercial spaces create more questions than a pile count. DumpSmart reviews what leaves, what stays, how materials reach the truck, and who approves the cleared space.

Review exclusionsUnknown, hazardous, or utility-connected materials need a separate plan.

From walkthrough to cleared handoff.

The process stays useful because each step answers a different question.

Walk the scope

What leaves?

List rooms, furniture, equipment, debris, and anything that needs a separate decision.

Map the route

How does it move?

Confirm disassembly, stairs, elevators, gates, parking, and the closest loading point.

Approve the work

What counts as done?

Review the agreed areas and confirm the handoff with the authorized site contact.

Estimate the work, not just the pile.

Volume matters, but it is not the full picture. A filing cabinet on a loading dock is different from a cubicle system several floors above the truck.

  • Type and quantity of material
  • Disassembly or special handling
  • Floor level and elevator access
  • Distance to the loading point
  • Building hours and parking limits

Questions businesses ask first.

Can the cleanout happen while a business is operating?

Possibly, depending on the site and the agreed work area. Share customer traffic, employee access, noise limits, elevator rules, and permitted work hours during the walkthrough.

Do you remove built-in fixtures or connected equipment?

Freestanding contents may be reviewed. Anything attached to utilities or the structure needs separate confirmation and may require another qualified trade.

How is the quote prepared?

The on-site review considers volume, material type, disassembly, access, loading distance, parking, and other site constraints. Work begins only after the scope and quote are accepted.
